Every year, the prestigious La Liste ranking compiles a list of the 1000 best restaurants in the world. The selection for 2025 was released last Wednesday, the 27th, and we have great news: 11 São Paulo restaurants made the list!
Based on hundreds of guides and online reviews, the guide offers a global selection of restaurants that are worth a visit. Among the São Paulo restaurants, the best placed on the list is A Casa do Porco, which just a few days ago also took the title of one of the best restaurants in Latin America. A Casa do Porco
The restaurant A Casa do Porco , which won two awards, describes itself as a “butcher’s bar”. The pork house is run by chef Jefferson Rueda, and its flagship dish is the famous “San Zé”, a whole pig roasted at low temperatures.

The restaurant, which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2024, serves original dishes that combine both cuisines, such as tortellini stuffed with duck in tucupi broth.

D.O.M.
