Jô Soares never owned the property
When you search for “Jô Soares’ mansion” on the internet, you come across the news that the property belonged to the presenter and has been abandoned since his death. However, reports from the time confirm that, in his final years, Jô lived with his wife in an apartment in Higienópolis.

However, the price was too high, and Jô ended up pulling out of the deal – even so, the fact that he was seen leaving the mansion sparked a rumor that he was living there.
The mansion is currently for sale at a real estate agency in Vinhedo.
