If you’re thinking of moving and have a considerable amount of money to invest, here’s an unmissable opportunity. A mansion that once housed Jô Soares is for sale in Vinhedo, just an hour from São Paulo.
Located in a noble neighborhood surrounded by nature, the house has 2,000 square meters, 14 bedrooms and a complete leisure area, including a swimming pool, barbecue area and sports court. Although the property itself is impressive, its great differential is the rumor that it once belonged to one of Brazil’s greatest TV presenters.

Jô Soares never owned the property
When you search for “Jô Soares’ mansion” on the internet, you come across the news that the property belonged to the presenter and has been abandoned since his death. However, reports from the time confirm that, in his final years, Jô lived with his wife in an apartment in Higienópolis.
Jô even commented in interviews that he had lived in a house before moving into the apartment, which led to speculation about the possible link between the mansion in Vinhedo and his name. However, many residents of the city refuted the theories, saying that the property belonged to a traditional family in the region and was never in the presenter’s name.

Presenter considered buying the mansion
The mystery came to an end with a video from the channel LZN Expedição, which received permission to visit the property in November 2024. Youtuber
Lucas Amancio, one of the people currently responsible for the care of the mansion, guided the tour and said that the speculation was nothing more than a misunderstanding.
The mansion actually belonged to a local family, who lost it after financial difficulties. The property was then put up for auction, which aroused the interest of Jô Soares, who even visited the place. However, the price was too high, and Jô ended up pulling out of the deal – even so, the fact that he was seen leaving the mansion sparked a rumor that he was living there.
The mansion is currently for sale at a real estate agency in Vinhedo. With a plot of 6,000 square meters, it offers amenities such as a wine cell ar , winter garden, television room, suites with dressing rooms and views of the city. In other words, for R$5.5 million, Jô Soares’ supposed mansion could be yours.
