Parque Global is a real estate megaproject that aims to transform a 218,000-square-meter area in Morumbi into the largest real estate complex in Latin America. The proposal by the Bueno Netto Group brings together residences, recreational facilities, and services along the Marginal Pinheiros, creating “a city” within São Paulo.
As a result, residents and visitors will find recreation, culture, and convenience just a few minutes away . The plan also calls for a hospital, schools, a hotel, and a shopping center, expanding the complex’s purpose beyond just housing.
With the goal of offering a higher quality of life to São Paulo residents, the development is also grounded in sustainability. The project incorporates solutions such as rainwater harvesting, solar water heating, and photovoltaic panels for energy generation, in addition to featuring 58,000 square meters of green spaces.

“New Neighborhood” Transforms a Decaying Area into a Luxury Development
Before Parque Global was built, the land along the Marginal Pinheiros served as a dumping ground for waste removed from the river. Engineer and businessman Adalberto Bueno Netto, founder of the construction company responsible for the project, saw the site as an opportunity for urban renewal.
Construction began in 2013 and faced a period of suspension due to urban planning and environmental obstacles, resuming in 2020. Some residential towers are already complete, but the official completion of the complex is scheduled for the second half of 2027.

How much does an apartment at Parque Global cost?
The first phase of the project consists of five 47-story residential towers: Regent, Prospect, Sempione, Ibirapuera, and Imperial. The apartments range in size from 142 to 597 square meters and feature a full range of recreational facilities, including swimming pools, sports courts, a golf simulator, a bowling alley, and a central park.
If you’re interested in living at Parque Global, be aware that it will cost you a pretty penny. Property prices range from R$3 million to R$28 million, with financing available—it’s the investment required to live in a “15-minute city, ” where everything you need is right at your fingertips.
