Since 2021, the Padocaria competition has been electing the best bakeries in São Paulo. After all, São Paulo’s passion for good coffee and freshly baked bread is nothing new.

The great champion of Padocaria SP 2025 is also the best bakery in the North Zone and the winner of the “Best Bread” category! Founded in 1983, Arizona aims to be more than just a bakery, but a meeting point for those seeking a pleasurable gastronomic experience.

Vera Cruz
For the second year running, Vera Cruz takes the title of best bakery in the East Zone! The two-time winner has maintained the tradition of fresh bread in Tatuapé for 100 years.

This corner bakery serves everything from pizzas to lunch and warm bread. In business since 2021, this year it stands out as the best bakery in the South Zone.

Merci
The artisan bakery Merci is the face of São Paulo’s West Zone and for this reason it was voted the best in the region. Located in Vila Romana, the bakery has been in the ranking for the fifth consecutive year for its handmade delicacies, which include breakfast, cakes, pastries, sandwiches and, of course, warm, tasty bread.

Bella Paulista
A classic of São Paulo gastronomy, Bella Paulista was voted the best in the center. It makes sense, after all, close to Avenida Paulista you can enjoy the delicacies of the house, which is open 24 hours a day.
It’s also a traditional meeting point in São Paulo, which makes Bella Paulista one of the city’s most beloved bakeries.
