It’s possible to practice yoga in SP! This ancient technique is becoming increasingly popular in big cities. In addition to the postures and stretches, by uniting mind and body in a single exercise, the yogi – the name given to the practitioner. – enjoys various benefits:
- Reduces stress and anxiety;
- Muscle pain relief;
- Improves sleep quality and much more!
So, did you want to become a yogi too? São Paulo Secreto has put together a list of ten places that are perfect for practicing the discipline (apart from your own living room, of course).
