The train journey will take place in Campinas, approximately 1.5 hours from the capital. It’s the perfect program for those who want to get away to the countryside on a trip full of tradition, entertainment and nature!

The free Maria Fumaça ride in Campinas will be more than just a train ride. After all, it will provide a true immersion in São Paulo’s railroad past, with attractions for children and adults alike. The journey starts at Anhumas Station and goes around 12 kilometers to the Tanquinho district, with attractions on board.
In the company of a tour guide, passengers will learn stories and curiosities about São Paulo’s railroad past. There will also be a 20-minute stop to contemplate nature, with landscapes that are sure to yield incredible photos!
But the fun begins long before boarding. Still at Anhumas Station, participants will be able to see the Maria Fumaça up close and visit a shop with snacks and souvenirs.

There are only 40 places available. So set a reminder so you don’t miss out, as they should sell out quickly! In addition, you can only withdraw up to two invitations per e-mail.
The free Maria Fumaça ride will take place on September 28th, departing at 2:20pm from the Hippie Fair at the Carlos Gomes Cultural Center. From there, visitors will board a bus bound for Anhumas Station, where the train ride begins.
