From June 4 to 7, starting at 10:30 a.m., the Revelando SP Festival takes place in Iguape, on the southern coast. This year, the festival is held at the Prefeito Casimiro Teixeira Event Center and celebrates São Paulo’s culture with crafts, music, and cuisine. An ideal outing for families and tourists!
Considered the largest festival celebrating the state’s traditional culture, the event offers free admission. The focus is on celebrating intangible heritage and fostering the creative economy, while highlighting and giving visibility to the culture of the state’s interior, coast, and metropolitan area.
In total, 53 municipalities from 11 different regions of the state are represented. This includes cuisine, dances, religious traditions, crafts, and popular music. Additionally, the festival also celebrates traditional horseback rides and other aspects of rural and coastal culture.
Musical and artistic attractions

The festival is sponsored by the State Government, which has announced the schedule of activities for the four-day event. This year’s edition will feature traditional sertanejo concerts and regional groups.
On the main stage, Lara Cantador and Carreiro & Capataz will open the shows; in the coming days, Carolina Soares, Demônios da Garoa, Adriana Farias, and other artists of the genre will perform. Also confirmed are the Municipal Band, the Boi Tatá carnival group , and the Quadrilha da Tia Lu.
The organizers always strive to present a balanced lineup, alternating between established artists and regional singers and groups. The curators prioritize performances that align with the festival’s theme: songs about rural and country culture, as well as Brazilian music in general.
What to expect from the Revelando SP 2026 Festival?
While enjoying the musical attractions, visitors can also indulge at the 38 food stands . The menu is full of typical dishes, including those from São Paulo, the coastal region, the caiçara (fishermen’s) cuisine, tropeira (cattle-driver) food, and Asian cuisine.
There will even be traditional sweets, snacks, and drinks typical of the regions being celebrated.
On the other hand, the festival also features 35 cultural events taking place throughout the celebration. With dance performances, groups of guitarists, parades, horseback rides, and 46 craft exhibitors. There are options featuring various techniques such as ceramics, embroidery, clay, bamboo, and much more.
