The show pays homage to the influence of black culture and artists on the trajectory of the Oficina Uzyna-Uzona company. Based on the Ori (head) offering ritual, the show addresses issues such as the tragedies of the colonial period, with an emphasis on overcoming them through collectivity and joy.

Ray – You Don’t Know Me
Get to know Ray Charles in this show, which highlights his brilliant musical career, as well as his commitment to the fight for civil rights and resistance to racial segregation. The story begins the day after the artist’s funeral, with his son, Ray Charles Jr. recalling their relationship. Throughout the show, five actors give life to different moments in Ray’s life, including blind pianist Luiz Otávio, who takes to the stage for the first time.

Castelo Rá-Tim-Bum – 30 years
This incredible exhibition celebrates the three decades of the iconic TV Cultura show, in a magical and nostalgic way, and has been extended until January 2025. What to do for free in December in São Paulo!
CORPOCRIA
In December, the Pinacoteca de São Paulo presents the CORPOCRIA project, part of the PinaFamília initiative. Using interactive videos with dances about the body, space and movement, the event encourages a connection with art, creativity and family collaboration. The videos will be available on the Pinacoteca’s YouTube channel, and participants can share their creations on TikTok using the hashtag #Pina_corpocria.

Paulista Cultural
In December 2024, Avenida Paulista celebrates its 133rd anniversary. To celebrate, the avenue is hosting Paulista Cultural, which will feature an intense free cultural program. Reliquary of Stories
In December, Sesc Belenzinho offers eight performances of the show “Relicário de Histórias”, by the duo Lili Flor & Paulo Pixu. With a focus on storytelling, the show is interactive and based on narratives collected over the course of a decade in various regions of Brazil and Latin America. As such, the show combines memory, imagination and live sound, creating a unique and enchanting experience for families.
