Amid the growing success of the Bendito Cacao chain, Cacau Show announces the construction of yet another resort in the interior of São Paulo. The new development will be part of the Cacau Park complex, the brand’s amusement park currently under construction in Itu, about an hour from the state capital of São Paulo.
The project marks Cacau Show’s—which acquired the Playcenter Group in 2024—entry into the large-scale theme park sector. As a result, visitors will find a complete tourist destination that combines the brand’s signature treats, adrenaline-pumping experiences, and wellness in one place.

What to expect from Cacau Show’s new resort?
Cacau Show’s vision is to transform the hotel into an extension of the amusement park, ensuring that the magic doesn’t end at the close of the day. The architecture draws inspiration from Singapore to feature interconnected towers designed around the “vertical forest” concept, complete with hanging gardens and large trees.
In addition, the infrastructure ensures fun any time of year. There will be a large indoor water park with heated pools, a lazy river, and water slides, allowing families to enjoy themselves even on cold or rainy days.
The outdoor area will offer even more comfort and luxury experiences. Visitors will be able to enjoy three outdoor pools, a spa, a gym, and several restaurants, which will celebrate the brand through menus inspired by cacao.

Cacau Park Complex opens its doors in 2027
The complex’s biggest star is, without a doubt, Cacau Park. Cacau Show’s new amusement park will feature 70 brand-new attractions, including a launch-style roller coaster that will go from zero to 120 km/h in just a few seconds. Manufactured by Vekoma—the company behind attractions at Walt Disney parks—it will be the largest (and tallest!) roller coaster in Latin America!
The park will also feature Brazil’s first water roller coaster and chocolate-inspired attractions, with the capacity to welcome up to 50,000 visitors per day.
All of this will be just a stone’s throw away for those staying there. After all, guests at the new resort will be able to reach the amusement park’s turnstiles by walking along trails around a reservoir or, for an even more fun experience, via an exclusive boat ride.
The Cacau Show complex is set to open in December 2027. So, are you ready to plan a weekend getaway to Itu?
