São Paulo’s most famous winter festival is back! Here, each visitor pays a single price and eats as they please. Also rotating, the menu offers seven options including soups, broths and sweets.

Adega Santiago and Adega Santiago Asador
The houses are offering a special season of broths and creams during the winter, available until the end of September in all units and also by delivery. Among the options are caldo verde, cream of yucca with manchego cheese and cream of peas with crunchy jamón, all served with a slice of bread.

From the same partners as Adega Santiago, it is also promoting a special soup season in São Paulo, valid until the end of September both in the salon and via delivery.

Bistrot de Paris
Bistrot de Paris highlights on its menu the traditional Soupe à L’Oignon, a classic French onion soup served with puff pastry. The dish brings back fond memories of the chef and refers to the French tradition of having onion soup after parties, reinforcing the restaurant’s cozy, family atmosphere.

Mercearia do Conde
The restaurant celebrates winter with a special soup menu that reflects the cosmopolitan and welcoming spirit of the restaurant. Among the options are Tom Kha Gai, a traditional Thai soup with chicken, shitake, vegetables and coconut milk, Pumpkin Soup with red curry, which combines Brazilian and Asian flavors, and the classic Cappelletti in Brodo, handmade and served in an aromatic broth, paying homage to Italian tradition.

The restaurant at Conjunto Nacional serves soup all year round. So just choose the flavor you like best – watercress with bacon; or pumpkin, pear and gorgonzola – to warm up the winter days.

Every year, the Soup Festival here offers twelve options of soups and creams, as well as side dishes such as garlic toast, cheese, crackling and green peppercorns. The fixed price allows customers to eat as they please.

Dona Deôla
Already a tradition, the Estação das Sopas event takes place annually at the Dona Deôla bakery units. Caldo verde and canja are fixed on the menu, while the third and fourth broth options change according to the day of the week. There is also a delivery system.

At Galeria dos Pães you’ll find different broths and soups on the buffet, which includes the famous cream cheese and wine. In addition, for those who prefer to stay at home, there is delivery via Rappi and iFood.
