Ipiranga Fountains Trail
Within the CienTec Park, in the South Zone, there are two trails that are perfect for doing with children. The Ipiranga Fountains Trail is light and thematic: along the way, you can see the famous springs of the Ipiranga River, visit a meliponary of stingless bees and observe native plants.

Lake Trail
Also at CienTec, the Lake Trail combines science and history. The tour is accompanied by monitors who explain interesting facts about the fauna, flora and the lake formed by the Ipiranga River. An educational and fun experience for all ages!

Trail of Life
If you’re looking for something more unusual, the Trilha da Vida, in the Guarapiranga reserv oir region, offers a challenge: walking blindfolded. The experience awakens the senses and provides a unique immersion in nature.

Interparques Trail
The Interparques Trail is considered the largest in the city, with a length of 182 km. It connects different parks, reserves and even Bororé Island. Along the way, hikers will find viewpoints, dams, biome transitions and a rich biodiversity. All this on a well-signposted and safe route.

Tenondé Porã Expedition
More than just a trek, this is a true cultural immersion. Organized by Vivalá – Sustainable Tourism Agency, the Tenondé Porã Expedition takes visitors to the Tenondé Porã Indigenous Land, a territory of the Guarani Mbya people. It’s a 10 km walk through the Atlantic Forest combined with rivers, conversation circles, music and typical cuisine.
