In 2017, a couple from São Paulo decided to swap their jobs in the financial market for the art of baking. This is how Árvore do Pão was born , an artisan bakery committed to bringing real flavor to its customers.
Many items on the menu are produced daily and always use selected ingredients, which gives the menu a touch of exclusivity. The highlight is the naturally leavened breads: in addition to the house bread, the bakery also offers fresh baguettes,focaccias and whole grain multigrain .
But it doesn’t stop there: the menu at this secret bakery in São Paulo also includes cakes, croissants, puff pastries, cheese breads with Goiás yeast, cookies… As well as seasonal flavors, announced every week on social media, which pair perfectly with the special juices and coffees from Árvore do Pão. With its own roasting plant!

Árvore do Pão is located at Rua Frei Caneca, 388 (Consolação). But like a good secret bakery, its location is not so obvious at first glance. When you arrive at the address, you’ll find an iron gate leading into a long corridor. Follow it to the end and voilà: a hidden and super charming bakery is waiting for you!
