Currently, the tallest building in São Paulo is the Platinum 220 which is an impressive 172 meters high. However, the imposing tower in Tatuapé is about to lose its position! That ‘s because construction is underway on São Paulo’s newest skyscraper, which will be over 200 meters high. The building will be located on the Marginal Pinheiros, in the south of the capital, as part of the Paseo Alto das Nações complex. And then we’ll have a new giant with the title of São Paulo’s tallest building.
Future tallest building in São Paulo to open in 2025
The new Paseo Alto das Nações tower will be no less than 219 meters high, almost 30% higher than the Platina 220. Currently under construction, it is scheduled to open in the second half of next year.
The skyscraper will have 39 floors for corporate use, and at the top, an observation deck will be available to visitors. We bet the view will be incredible!
