Corn is good either way, isn’t it? Boiled, in pamonha, in porridge… If you agree, here comes the perfect party for you. It’s the Corn Festival, which on the weekend of June 15 and 16 will bring a wide range of treats made with corn. As well as craft fairs, clothing fairs and more!
The party will take place at the Memorial da América Latina, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., on the same day as the June party at the memorial. Entry to both is free. Stay up to date with the details and don’t miss this party full of delights!
Corn Festival will have cornbread, nachos and even corn brigadier
We’ve already mentioned it, but it’s worth remembering: if you like mulho, this is the perfect event to attend. The gastronomic program promises a series of traditional delicacies, such as bolo de fubá, broas, breads and ice cream, couscous, jams and buttered cobs.
In addition, there are other delicacies that contain the food. How about trying some delicious tapioca or venturing into the mexican cuisine with the famous tacos, nachos and burritos? Or, if you prefer, there are also options for oriental food. And corn brigadeiros for dessert!

The Corn Festival will take place on the same day and time as the Memorial’s June Party. In other words, if you’re not such a fan of corn, you can enjoy other June delicacies such as rice pudding , soups, caldo verde and quentão. The perfect two-in-one tour!
