What is Cidade Center Norte?
Cidade Center Norte is an urban and real estate development plan in Vila Guilherme that will cover 600,000 square meters and cost approximately R$2 billion. The idea is for the mixed-use complex to expand gradually, slowly incorporating new options for housing, business, healthcare, and education.
When it comes to entertainment, the centerpiece of the project is a multipurpose arena. The venue will host live concerts and sporting events, with a capacity of up to 21,000 people, and is scheduled to open in 2028.

According to Shopping Center Norte, the neighborhood will be a “true manifestation of the North Zone way of life.” Its urban design includes plazas, green spaces, and communal areas, encouraging people to use the streets and move about freely.
The neighborhood will be open to everyone, so residents from other areas will also be able to enjoy its attractions. Consequently, as the project moves forward, Vila Guilherme is expected to become a strategic destination for urban and cultural experiences.
