This means that residents have access to everything they need in the neighborhood itself: schools, health units, shopping areas, leisure spaces and even integrated public services, such as nurseries, UBs and Military Police units.
The condominiums also have bike lanes, tree-lined squares, green areas and sustainable solutions, with a focus on mobility and integration. The proposal is to create a modern, connected environment with intelligent infrastructure, something that represents a new model of urbanism for São Paulo.

The properties at Reserva Raposo are aimed at the lower and middle classes, with financing through the Minha Casa Minha Vida, Casa Paulista and Pode Entrar programs run by São Paulo City Hall.
The 2-bedroom units , ranging from 44 m² to 48 m², are priced between R$300,000 and R$320,000, offering an affordable housing opportunity in one of the city’s most promising regions.
