Although it just opened on the 15th of this month, the space already has a mega exhibition with more than 20 pieces of art displayed on the two floors of the building. So if you’re looking for a new place to visit in the capital, Casa Bradesco could be the perfect choice. Both for its architecture and for the artistic curation you’ll find there.
Casa Bradesco’s inaugural exhibition
The first exhibition in the new cultural space is ‘Inflamação‘ by British artist Anish Kapoor. The exhibition runs until January 15 and tickets start at R$40. Get yours directly on the Cidade Matarazzo app and enjoy the experience.
Through large sculptures and a direct interaction with the architecture of the house, ‘Inflammation’ works on the concept of “what makes you inflame?”, both individually and collectively. Kapoor’s art is an observation and reflection of human relationships.
