Can you imagine immersing yourself in Ziraldo’s universe? That’s the idea behind Mundo Zira, an exhibition that will be on show in São Paulo until October. The experience offers an interactive tour of the life and work of the artist, who marked Brazilian culture with his books and creative cartoons.
Mundo Zira brings together classics from the author’s career, such as “O Menino Maluquinho”, “Flicts” and “A Turma do Pererê”. Children and adults will be able to explore Ziraldo’s legacy in a fun way, with attractions that combine art and technology.

What to expect from Mundo Zira?
The exhibition celebrates the story of Ziraldo, who stood out as a comic artist, writer and multi-artist. Curated and directed by Daniela Thomas and Adriana Lins – the author’s niece and daughter, respectively – Mundo Zira uses interactivity to take the public on a journey through the world of the artist from Minas Gerais.
The exhibition creates themed areas for his most famous works, using projections, scenographic spaces and digital panels. Thus, visitors will be able to interact with the universe of the characters from Flicts, O Menino Maluquinho and much more, in creative, technological and educational attractions.
In addition, the public can digitally personalize Ziraldo’s work, becoming co-authors of the exhibition. In other words, as well as being a spectator, you can also become an artist!

How to visit?
Mundo Zira is on display until October 27 at the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil São Paulo (Rua Álvares Penteado, 112 – Centro Histórico). Visits take place from Wednesday to Monday, from 9am to 8pm, and admission is free. Just pick up your tickets free of charge online or at the box office!
