The 29th edition of the Immigrant Festival already has a date! On September 27 and 28, you’ll be able to celebrate the culture of different nations and enjoy more than 60 attractions from 43 different countries and regions, all for free! The event values cultural diversity and brings together various migrant communities living in São Paulo.
Admission is free: each visitor must donate 1 kg of non-perishable food (except salt). The food collected will go to Arsenal da Esperança, the largest shelter in the capital.

The 29th Immigrant Festival promises to delight the public with great numbers! 43 countries and regions will be honored in an event filled with music, dance, gastronomy, handicrafts, workshops and cultural experiences.
On stage, the festival will host 33 artistic performances from more than 22 locations. Visitors will also find 40 typical food exhibitors and more than 20 craft stalls. To top it all off, there will be workshops in gastronomy, dance, arts and movement, where the public can get hands-on and learn a little more about other cultures.

The event takes place on September 27 and 28, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Immigration Museum, located at Rua Visconde de Parnaíba, 1316 – Mooca. If you love culture and dream of traveling the world, this is your chance to go backpacking without leaving São Paulo.
