Recently opened in Pinheiros, Highway Bar is the new hotspot for cocktail lovers. With a proposal to enhance the sensory experience, the bar invites customers to explore their tastes when ordering drinks, in a cozy and interactive environment.
Under the direction of bartender Heverton Luiz and influence marketing specialist Larissa Calheiros, the space combines tradition and innovation in its drinks menu. After all, as well as classics such as Negroni and Dry Martini, it offers several signature options that combine cocktail elements from different countries.

Highway Bar: experience
One of the venue’s partners, Heverton Luiz is a bartender with over 20 years’ experience in renowned establishments such as Pacha and Vista Ibirapuera. In his new venture, he turns the bar into an interactive experience between his team and the clientele, who are encouraged to interact when choosing drinks.
In this way, as well as tasting a delicious drink, the public can learn even more about their own tastes. Is your preference for the cocktail or the pure drink that makes it up? How about trying new drinks with the same concept? At Highway Bar, all these discoveries are possible.
For the more classic customers, the house serves flavors such as Moscow Mule, Aperol Spritz and Bloody Mary. For those who prefer to get out of their comfort zone, the tip is to try the signature menu. For example, the Scottish-inspired Glenfinnan, with Scotch whisky reposited in peanuts for twelve hours, frangelico, cherry bitters and amarena cherries.
To complement the experience, the Highway Bar offers a finger food menu. Among the options are salmon tartare snacks (photo) and creamy porcini funghi croquettes, which pair perfectly with the house drinks. Like the drinks, the dishes are inspired by different cuisines from around the world, guaranteeing a rich and diverse experience.

Highway Bar is located at Rua Cunha Gago, 115, in Pinheiros. It is open from Wednesday to Saturday, from 6pm to 10pm. There is an outdoor and indoor area with seating for up to 120 people.
