Did you know that April 2nd is World Autism Awareness Day? The date was created by the UN in 2007, and aims to encourage a more inclusive and understanding society for people on the spectrum. In honor of the date, we now bring you tips on where to go on outings with autistic children in São Paulo!
According to Federal Law 12.764 of 27/12/2012, every person with Autism Spectrum Disorder, regardless of their level of support, is a Person with Disabilities under the law. Therefore, people with autism are entitled to free entry to many rides, with half-price admission for companions, as we explained in this article.
However, we now bring you not only places where people with ASD can enter free of charge, but also spaces that offer specific adaptations for this public. Such as ear muffs, sensory guides and more! After all, all children deserve to have a good time with comfort, respect and fun.
