São Paulo is preparing to welcome Time Out Market Brasil, the brand’s first location in the country and in Latin America! Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027, the new market will occupy 3,250 square meters on the first floor of the Conjunto Nacional building on Avenida Paulista, revitalizing an area that has stood vacant for about ten years.
Time Out Market Brazil will occupy the brise level, overlooking Rua Augusta and Alameda Santos. Check out all the details on this new development!

Time Out Market: from magazine to market
Time Out Market was founded in Lisbon in 2014 as a physical extension of Time Out magazine. The idea was to bring together in one place the chefs, restaurants, and experiences that the publication recommended to its readers, creating a gastronomic and culturalmarket.
Since then, the concept has expanded to other cities, such as New York, Dubai, and Barcelona. The lineup features kitchens helmed by renowned chefs and rising stars, as well as bars and entertainment.

A pioneer in Latin America
The São Paulo location marks Time Out Market’s arrival on the Latin American continent. The project will feature 17 restaurants and 3 bars, as well as a bakery, a demo kitchen, and a 500-square-meter space for events and workshops.
It is estimated that the new market in São Paulo will have a capacity for up to 800 people and welcome an average of 2 million visitors per year. All of this in a historic landmark building in the heart of Avenida Paulista!
