That’s why we’ve discovered another excursion to take on the railway lines of São Paulo, the Republican Train. So you can plan your next getaway to the countryside and, this time, no car! An incredible locomotive awaits you for this adventure.

At 7:30 a.m. on the day of the trip, visitors leave the Barra Funda Terminal in São Paulo. The first stop is the Republican Museum, which recounts the Proclamation of the Republic. Afterwards, visitors visit the Historic Center of Itu.
Still in the morning, the group passes through the Rocha Moutonnée Park, known for its dinosaurs, and from there they enjoy a gastronomic experience with lunch at the Stazione Salto Restaurant at around 12:30.
The next stop is to enjoy the natural beauty of the Cachoeira Complex and then, at 4 p.m., visitors finally board the Republican Train for the journey of approximately an hour between the towns of Salto and Itu.
Finally, at 5:15 p.m., the flight returns to São Paulo.
