La Braciera has reached the top! The São Paulo pizzeria has just won the title of best pizzeria in São Paulo and Brazil according to the Top 100 Brazil 2026 ranking by Best Pizza World. The restaurant scored 955.20 out of 1,000, ahead of renowned names from across the country.
What sets this award apart from others is its methodology. Instead of a jury, Best Pizza World uses the Best Pizza Index, a system based on public and verifiable data to measure the consumer experience.
The evaluation takes into account customer reviews, ingredient quality, service, value for money, and brand reputation. In other words: in practice, the winner is determined by the people who visit the pizzeria.

Four-ingredient dough, 48-hour fermentation
Founded in 2021, La Braciera seeks to faithfully reproduce the traditions of Neapolitan pizza. The dough contains only Molino Caputo flour, natural yeast, water, and salt, and undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process before going into the oven.
The chain has locations in the neighborhoods of Jardins, Higienópolis, Morumbi, Tatuapé, Santana, and Moema. In addition, there is a location in Campinas and delivery service to Vila Mariana, Lapa, Pinheiros, Brooklin, and Santo Amaro. They sell more than 45,000 pizzas per month!
