To celebrate the 80th anniversary of her career, renowned Brazilian actress Fernanda Montenegro will give voice to Simone de Beauvoir’s texts at the Raul Cortez Theater at Sesc 14 Bis, starting on June 20. The reading will cover the writer’s pioneering role in feminism and her relationship with her life partner, Jean-Paul Sartre.
