If there’s one thing that São Paulo residents love, it’s fairs. After all, there’s nothing better than finding a variety of fresh, artisanal products in one place! And the good news is that the capital will soon be home to yet another fair for the public: Feira Gosto SA – Sabor Artesanal, which will bring together authentic flavors from all over São Paulo.
The first edition will take place on March 15 and 16, with chefs, artisan producers and practical gastronomic workshops. With free admission, eh? So check out the details below and make a note in your diary!
“Feira Gosto SA – Sabor Artesanal” opens in March
The new fair is the brainchild of Mauricio Schuartz, a gastronomic entrepreneur who also organizes initiatives such as Feirinha Gastronômica and Butantan Food Park. So we can expect an event with plenty of infrastructure and authentic flavors!
The aim of Gosto SA is to celebrate the authenticity and excellence of artisanal products, giving visibility to small local producers. Among the stalls, you’ll find artisan cheeses, breads, preserves and sweets, and to drink, wines, juices and craft beers.
In addition, renowned chefs will be offering gastronomic workshops for children and adults. There will also be guided tastings of artisanal products and drinks, as well as live music performances.
How to take part in the fair?
The Gosto SA – Sabor Artesanal Fair will take place on Saturday 15th from 11am to 8pm and on Sunday 16th from 11am to 6pm. The event will take place at Unibes Cultural, at Rua Oscar Freire, 2500, in Sumaré, and will be free for all ages. So feel free to bring the kids along to have fun too!
You can save money by taking public transportation there. After all, Unibes Cultural is a 10-minute walk from Sumaré Station on Line 2-verde.
