CASACOR São Paulo, the largest architecture, landscaping, and interior design exhibition in the Americas, returns in 2026 for its 39th edition. Starting this Tuesday, June 2, the event transforms Água Branca Park into an open-air art laboratory, featuring settings and installations that integrate architecture, nature, and well-being.
This year’s theme will be “Mind and Heart.” With works that engage with the natural habitat, the event seeks to reflect on contemporary living with a focus on relationships and nature, valuing organic and sensory intelligence.

This edition invites visitors to slow down. Right at the entrance, the public encounters a muxarabis façade, designed by José Luiz Favaro and Yuri Matsui Ramos. The structure of Arab origin functions as a membrane that filters light between the park and the exhibition, transporting visitors to an environment that seems far removed from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis.
The ticket booth, designed by Viviane Teles, also incorporates this year’s theme: its structure forms a mandala inspired by bioarchitecture and experimental bamboo constructions.
In total, there are 70 spaces spread across more than 10,000 square meters, with 40% of the route fully open to the public. Among the highlights are:
- Square with insect hotels (Maria Fernanda Marques): integration of architecture and biodiversity;
- Casa Brastemp (Marcelo Salum): an immersiveenvironment with a pop aesthetic;
- Glass House (Felipe Rossi): integration with nature;
- Co-living (Eduardo Baldelomar): inspired by Bolivian and Guarani culture;
- Universal Studio (Letícia Nannetti Arquitetura): a focus on accessibility.
Another major attraction is the Arena of Knowledge (Senac-SP and Estudio Guto Requena), which offers debates and lectures on innovation, sustainability, and technology in the sector.

Sustainability and preservation
In 2026, CASACOR São Paulo will hold its second edition at Água Branca Park. To protect local biodiversity, all vegetation for the event was planted in pots on raised platforms, without direct planting or interference with native trees.
This edition also stands out as the only cultural exhibition in Brazil with a zero-waste goal. Additionally, the outdoor spaces use special lighting to avoid disturbing the biological cycles of nocturnal wildlife.
