Can you imagine a beach in the middle of the capital? From the first half of 2025 this will be possible, as Beyond The Club is building an incredible wave pool and various attractions for the club that promises to be the newest meeting point for São Paulo’s elite.
The venue will cover around 70,000 m² at the site of what used to be the Hotel Transamérica. This, in turn, has been revitalized to accommodate 78 exclusive suites for members and their guests. The club has thus established itself as a luxury development in São Paulo.
The attractions of Beyond The Club
The highlight of the club is its artificial beach with wave pool. The sand will be made of a thermal and technological material that doesn’t heat up. In addition, the 28,000 m² pool with Wavegarden technology generates up to 24 different types of waves. This way, the place promises to attract even surfers.
Among sports, leisure, wellness and entertainment options, the luxury club offers more than 10 attractions for members. You’ll find
- E-sports arena and sports simulators for skiing and Formula 1;
- Restaurants, bars, delicatessen and wine cellar;
- Pilates, yoga and spinning rooms;
- Eight beach tennis courts;
- Area for wrestling and gymnastics;
- Theater and cultural spaces;
- Physiotherapy center;
- Beauty salon;
- Skate park;
- Gym;
- Spa.
How do I become a member of the luxury club?
To join Beyond The Club, you need to pay at least R$630,000 for a family membership. Once purchased, your partner, children and parents (if they are over 70) can enjoy the club’s facilities and all the attractions it offers. So far, the company has sold around a third of the 3,000 tickets.
The bad news, however, is that unfortunately there is no day use option for the venue. In any case, São Paulo’s elite seem excited by the idea of a leisure complex as luxurious and diverse as Beyond The Club.
