A land of “exaggerated sizes,” Itu also surprises by being home to one of the largest and most luxurious mansions in the interior of São Paulo. Owned by Ana Hickmann, the 6,100-square-meter property has already become a meme on social media due to its monumentally proportioned rooms, which pique the curiosity of the public passionate about luxury architecture and gossip.
Ana Hickmann’s mansion features everything from an “airport lounge” to a private nightclub
The property’s stats would impress any real estate agent. Ana Hickmann’s home has 1,600 square meters of floor space and a living room so spacious that fans often compare it to an airport lobby. To give you an idea, the TV host recorded an exclusive tour just to show off the space.
The floor plan also features a kitchen equipped with a giant central island and eight bedrooms, including a 240-square-meter suite. When it comes to leisure, the mansion functions as a sort of private resort, offering a movie theater, a pool, and a gym with a spa.
But the real standout feature is hidden underground. The architectural design includes a soundproofed private underground nightclub with a capacity for up to 150 guests.
Legal dispute could set a new course for the property in Itu
Despite all the glamour, the property is currently undergoing some upheaval. Following the TV host’s divorce from businessman Alexandre Correa in 2024, the former couple put the property up for sale with an asking price of R$40 million.
In February 2026, the court ordered that Ana Hickmann’s mansion be auctioned off for R$35 million to settle debts. Months later, however, the court suspended the auction due to the need to analyze property-related issues arising from the divorce. As a result, the “Itu Palace” awaits its next chapter, remaining in the spotlight of the media and the courts.
