Nesta semana, a tão aguardada lista dos melhores restaurantes do mundo foi divulgada. O ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ é considerado o “Oscar da gastronomia” e sua premiação ranqueia restaurantes de excelência em torno do globo ano após ano. Desta forma, o mundo dos profissionais e amantes da boa comida aguardam ansiosamente para saber qual o melhor restaurante do mundo e, finalmente, temos a resposta para compartilhar com vocês.
Este ano, quem levou o primeiro lugar na lista foi o Disfrutar, localizado em Barcelona. A casa dos chefs Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch e Mateu Casañas serve pratos criativos, lúdicos e muito estéticos. O ambiente também surpreende, com um visual minimalista e clean.

Oteque
O carioca Oteque, do chef Alberto Landgraf, ocupa a 37ª posição da lista. A casa é um templo dos frutos do mar, servindo o que há de melhor dos oceanos.

Mais uma vez, o restaurante dos co-chefs Jefferson Rueda e Janaína Torres estrela o ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’. Nesta edição, a casa ocupa a 27ª posição da lista.
