Another edition of Zombie Walk SP is about to take place and, as usual, the date has already been set: November 2nd, when All Souls’ Day falls. The themed walk is organized in various parts of the world and has been taking place in the capital since 2006, becoming a success over the years for being somewhat unusual.
The experience is part of Halloween in the city of São Paulo, which is full of plans to take advantage of the season of horror. So, if you like the zombie universe (or want to become one in the post-mortem and take a test drive) don’t miss this event.
Where will the concentration of the living dead be?
Zombie Walk SP starts at 2pm at Praça Roosevelt, in Bela Vista, and lasts until 6pm. If you’re taking public transport, you can get off at the Anhangabaú, República or Higienópolis-Mackenzie stations, i.e. by Metro lines 3-Vermelha or 4-amarela.
Participation is free, just arrive and join the horde. But don’t forget to go characterized, otherwise the zombies might discover your true human identity! Jokes aside, the experience is a must for anyone who enjoys horror movies and artistic make-up. In addition, the walk stands out for the creativity of the participants, so it’s worth getting creative and having fun.
In addition to the Zombie Walk SP, there are Halloween events to enjoy this season:
