Parrileiro’s last month in 2025
A tip that burger lovers can’t miss: April will be the last chance to try the famous Parrileiro, which is back on the Bullguer menu. This snack, which combines Brazilian and Argentinian flavors, is a seasonal hit that won the hearts of customers, selling almost 40,000 units in just two months last year. The Parrileiro includes a 150g burger, melted provolone cheese, chimichurri mayonnaise, tomato and rocket, all on a soft brioche bun. It will be available by delivery or in the burger shop.

21 Steps to MdEa
If you’re looking for a cultural event to enjoy in April in São Paulo, you can attend “Segundas de Solo”. Each month, the project brings an artist to perform their solo at the venue, and this month, the guest will be Carolina Fabri with her piece 21 Passos para MdEa. The solo tells the story of a contemporary woman who wakes up on a bridge on the edge of the abyss and tries to remember her identity through memories and mythological references. Inspired by the figure of Medea, the play brings together reality and mythology, reflecting on the search for meaning and self-knowledge.

“Iván Argote: The Other, Me and the Others”

The Sea
This play, by Uruguayan playwright Federico Roca, approaches the Israel-Palestine conflict from a female perspective, reflecting on peace in times of war. Carlos Zilio – Brazil’s quarrel
Another cultural option to enjoy in SP in April is the exhibition “Carlos Zilio – a querela do Brasil”. The retrospective features more than 100 works by the artist, providing an overview of his six-decade career. The show explores different phases of Zilio’s work, from his politicized works during the military dictatorship to abstract and experimental works that reflect on national identity.

This play is inspired by José Miranda Rosa, Mineirinho, a Brazilian anti-hero eternalized by Clarice Lispector. The play, which is staged on the streets of São Paulo in settings such as gardens, a parking lot and a viaduct, recalls the memory of the character and explores elements of Umbanda culture, addressing themes of colonialism and cultural identity.
