Guarulhos Municipal Zoo
With around 400 animals from 100 different species, the Guarulhos Zoo is responsible for preserving endangered species and carrying out scientific research into the animal world.

Sons of this Earth Indigenous Reserve
The multi-ethnic reserve is home to the Pankararu, Pankararé, Guajajara, Tupi and Timbira peoples and holds open events to celebrate the diversity of indigenous culture. For example, the 17th Meeting of Indigenous Peoples takes place between August 30 and September 1 and visitors will be able to do body painting, taste typical foods and even take part in rituals.
