Skate Park
Since its renovation, Vale do Anhangabaú has become a meeting point for skateboarders from São Paulo. After all, the esplanade has a concrete track of over 980 square meters, perfect for radical maneuvers.
Free lessons
If you’d love to explore the skate park but don’t know the sport yet, no problem. That’s because Anhangabaú hosts free classes in various disciplines, including skateboarding!
In 2024, the site hosted open classes in skating, rhythm (such as forró, samba and hiphop), and even martial arts, such as karate. All this for children, adults and the elderly!
Shows in Vale do Anhangabaú
From time to time, Vale do Anhangabaú hosts major music events, especially pop and electronic music. So far, the space has become an open-air stage for festivals such as ‘Music On’ and ‘Keinemusik’, which have brought DJs from all over the world to São Paulo.
In addition, even Lana Del Rey and Florence + The Machine have performed there! So, if you like house, pop and similar genres, you can expect many more incredible shows to come.
Feira no Vale
Another event that takes place in Anhangabaú from time to time is Feira no Vale. With the aim of promoting São Paulo’s creative economy, the fair brings craft and gastronomy exhibitors to the esplanade, as well as free activities, sports and a children’s area.
