Best places to travel in spring:
Holambra
Known as the “City of Flowers“, the region is known for being the largest producer of flowers and ornamental plants in the country. So there’s no doubt that the flowering fields there are great options for sightseeing at this time of year.
Boituva
The ideal time to see the city from above is when nature reaches its peak of beauty. So don’t miss the opportunity to travel in spring, board a hot air balloon and soar through the skies of Boituva, in the interior of São Paulo.
Cunha
Cunha is another city that stands out for its flowers, specifically lavender. The view from the town’s lavender garden is all lilac, due to the shade of the plant. Something you need to see at least once in your life.
Atibaia
Responsible for around 20% of Brazil’s flower production and home to the Flower and Strawberry Festival, Atibaia is the perfect destination for those looking for tranquillity and contact with nature.
Indaiatuba
If Cunha has lavenders, Indaiatuba has beautiful sunflowers! The city’s countryside is fabulous, with up to 35,000 square meters and around 50,000 flowers. What’s more, admission is free and it’s worth arriving in the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset and, of course, take some good photos, as the place is super Instagrammable.
