SESI has more than 50 units spread throughout the state of São Paulo. These activity centers are equipped with swimming pools, sports courts, gyms and much more, allowing users to enjoy leisure time in the buildings.
They also host a variety of recreational, sporting and cultural activities. This makes it an excellent option for a family outing, especially if you have children, who are sure to enjoy all these benefits.
How to get your CAT SESI Card:
To access the benefits mentioned above, simply go to one of the institution’s activity centers and request your SESI credential. You will also need to bring some documents. Check out the list:
- ID;
- CPF;
- 3×4 color photo;
- Work permit;
- Marriage certificate;
- Proof of residence;
- Dermatological medical certificate for use of swimming pools;
- Clinical medical certificate (mandatory from the age of 70, proving fitness for physical activity).
There, you can check out up to four available plan options and select the one that makes the most sense for you. The prices start at R$60, there are progressive discounts and special conditions for families.
To give you an idea: the basic plan gives access to the swimming pools, courts, fields, playgrounds and open areas, while the total plan allows users to use all the unit’s benefits, such as gyms, group classes and special modalities.
