Fasano
Since 1982, Fasano Restaurant has been an icon of Italian haute cuisine in São Paulo, run by Chef Luca Gozzani. It offers an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere.
Starters include raw Canadian scallops with green apple puree and crispy cauliflower, and snow crab with asparagus in olive oil and Sicilian lemon.
For main courses, it’s worth trying the Fettuccine with Canadian lobster sauce and the Grilled filet mignon with marsala wine and black truffle sauce. Finally, for dessert, the white wine pear entremet is an unusual choice.

Astor
Astor is a charming bar known for its classic cocktails and bohemian atmosphere. Located on the elegant Rua Oscar Freire, it offers a selection of snacks and full meals.
For appetizers, the Meat Croquette stuffed with cheese, the Rice Cake and the Chickpea Polenta with milk aioli stand out.
For a more complete meal, it’s worth trying the Frigideira de Frutos do Mar with squid, prawns and shellfish, or the Picadinho Astor with bean broth and banana à milanesa.

Temperani Cucina
Another of the restaurants that open on Mondays, Temperani is dedicated to authentic Italian cuisine. Under the command of chef Antonio Maiolica, it offers carefully prepared dishes.
Meals include Cavatelli alla Norcina, made with homemade pasta, fresh sausage, cream cheese and black truffle, and Funghi Risotto, with arborio rice, mushroom mix and goat’s cheese.
The restaurant also offers classic pizzas such as Marinara and Capricciosa. For dessert, the Italian Tiramisu is a must.

Orão Bar
The place is known for its sophisticated cocktails and varied cuisine, led by chef Pedro Guerra. It offers a cozy atmosphere for sharing generous portions.
Snacks include cheese, octopus and meat pies, sea burrata and shrimp cannoli. Among the main courses, it’s worth trying the Picanha na parrilla, the Fillet Parmegiana with a mix of special cheeses, and the Octopus with creamy polenta carbonara.

Fish-Wan
The restaurant offers a Japanese haute cuisine experience , inspired by the traditional izakayas. Run by chef Luigi Pauletto, the restaurant combines Asian tradition with culinary innovation.
The starters include Ceviche and Cantaloupe Melon Sorbet, with catch of the day and cantaloupe melon sorbet. Among the hot dishes, it’s worth trying the Shrimp Pop, fried shrimp popcorn with spicy mayo.
For sushi lovers, the Hosomaki fatty tuna and the Nigiri matured fish are a must.

Uru Mar Y Parrilla
Another of the restaurants that open on Mondays, Uru Mar Y Parrilla offers an authentic Uruguayan gastronomic experience. For starters, the Empanadas in meat, cheese and parrillera sausage flavors are a great choice.
The main dishes include Paella URU, with prawns, squid and seafood, and Choripán, a traditional Uruguayan sandwich. Finally, for dessert, the Montevideo is a must, with 70% chocolate cake and melted brigadeiro syrup.

Ella Fitz
The Rua dos Pinheiros hotspot, whose kitchen is run by chef Ana Cremonezi, is one of the best places for a special dinner in restaurants that open on Mondays.
For starters, there’s the Lamb Robata with lavash and cucumber and yogurt salad and the Tomato Bao with ossobuco, grilled sovereign cheese and watercress mayo.
As for the main courses, the Cavatelli with rib ragu roasted in black beer with zucchini puree, or the Crispy Pig with corn polenta, roasted mini vegetables and citrus gel areworth a try .

Jacarandá Restaurant
Award-winning and charming, Jacarandá has South American cuisine, led by chef Rodrigo Aguiar, green areas and a bar, which is open late into the night, always with good music.
As well as being peaceful, it is pet-friendly and open every day. The menu is divided into breakfast, executive, classics, snacks, salads and desserts.
The chef’s suggestions include the Terra e Mar, with nduja sausage rice (slightly spicy), finocchiona sausage, herbs, toasted onions, grilled squid with chimichurri and grilled mayonnaise. Or the Toasted Figs and Mascarpone, a recipe that takes mascarpone cream, toasted figs, solera wine syrup and fennel crumble with Sicilian.

Rendez-Vous
The café and bistro Rendez-Vous has been bringing the charm of Paris, the City of Light, to the streets of Pinheiros since 2016. Located on the corner, the house has a French soul and excellent cuisine, led by chef Adriana Silvério, with exclusive options for the summer.
We suggest the Octopus a Provençal with Black Rice, octopus tentacles cooked at a low temperature and then sautéed in a frying pan with olive oil and herbs, black rice and sautéed vegetables to accompany. As well as the Citron Cake, orange with white icing.

Watanabe Restaurant
Watanabe was inspired by the most famous addresses in America and was given authentic touches by chefs Denis Watanabe and Eduardo Takeshi, who have been investing in hot dishes to stand out.
With an extensive menu, fresh and of the highest quality, the restaurant is able to cater for the most different palates and events. Suggestions: Brussels sprouts, sautéed with ponzu sauce and finished with ikura; and Mochi Brownie, made with Belgian chocolate, chocolate flour, vanilla ice cream and finished with miso butter scotch.

Veridiana Pizzeria
Established 22 years ago, Veridiana innovated the pizzeria concept in São Paulo with its ambience and handmade pizzas. It opens on Mondays in its three houses in different areas of the city: Jardins, Higienópolis and Perdizes.
The most requested flavors are the Zucchine, with zucchini chips in olive oil, garlic and mint over fresh tomato sauce and ricotta cream. As well as the Pancetta Al Mascarpone, with homemade pancetta, mascarpone cream and pine nuts.

Imakay
A modern Japanese restaurant in São Paulo’s Itaim neighborhood, Imakay is one of the restaurants that opens on Mondays to cater for those who don’t want to miss out on good food at the beginning of the week. Or for those who want to celebrate a special occasion without the hustle and bustle of the weekends.
The restaurant has a 15-course tasting menu, omakase served at the counter, an à la carte menu and drinks made by bartender Kevin Cavalcante.

Casa Bráz
The building where Bráz Trattoria operated for nine years, in Shopping Cidade Jardim, has been transformed into a center for creation and innovation, named Casa Bráz , and for this reason it has been included in the list of restaurants opening on Mondays.
One of the house’s highlights is the section dedicated to the Mozzarella Bar, made in partnership with Búfala Almeida Prado (silver medalist at the World Cheese Awards 2022). The section lists variations of fresh cheeses (burrata, stracciatella, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta, for example), and accompaniments such as vegetables and fruit, salumi and crudos, ideal for snacking on before dinner.

Piccini Cucina
The Italian restaurant run by restaurateur Samuel Rodrigues is one of the places where Mondays have gained the most customers.
In addition to the beautiful and complete wine cellar, there is a full menu of good Italian recipes. Among them are the Gnocchi Fritti di Manioca, made with the house cassava gnocchi, browned and stuffed with oxtail, finished with pecorino cheese.
Formain courses, there’s the Ravioli Di Mozzarella, stuffed with mozzarella and pomodoro sauce, made for lovers of good cheese; or the Tagliolini Al Mare, with prawns, squid, octopus and tomato sauce.

Ezè
With a cozy outdoor setting and lots of natural light, Ezè is one of our favorites in the selection of restaurants that open on Mondays. After all, its French-inspired Mediterranean cuisine offers perfect options to enjoy during the summer.
There are two tartare options: the Tartare de Boeuf Haché, made with raw meat minced at the tip of the knife, cured egg yolk and a mix of tubers, and the Tartare de Thon, with cubes of fresh tuna with Sicilian lemon zest, fleur de sel, homemade curd, tobiko roe and crispy yucca.
For those who prefer a plant-based diet, a great choice is the Faux Raviolis, afaux ravioli with beet pickles stuffed with vegan tapenade, chestnut pesto, finished with beet powder.

Onesttà
Onesttà ‘s aim is to offer well-madetraditional pizzas at a fair price.
Chef Fellipe Zanuto‘s businesshas a menu that covers classic flavors such as Portuguese, chicken withcatupiry and escarole – the latter with tomato sauce, escarole, aliche, mozzarella and onion.

Cosí
Cosí, run by chef Renato Carioni, is a contemporary Italian restaurant. Its flagship dish is the Cannelonni D’anatra, a dish that combines tradition and innovation.
The highlight at Cosí is the cannelonni stuffed with duck and paired with a sweet and sour beet sauce, following an old family recipe (come feceva la nonna).

Portuguese Ranch
Rancho Português is a charming and renowned restaurant, immersed in the atmosphere of Portuguese cuisine, where its customers enjoy an authentic gastronomic journey.
Highlights on the menu include the Sande de leitão, roast suckling pig with a special sauce. As well as the Bacalhau à Brás, shredded cod, cooked in olive oil and onions, accompanied by straw potatoes, scrambled egg, parsley, olives and fried garlic. Both are a real treat for the most demanding palates!
