Ella Fitz
The hotspot on Rua dos Pinheiros, with chef Ana Cremonezi in the kitchen, is one of the good places for a special dinner in restaurants that open on Mondays.
For starters, there’s Lamb Robata with lavash and cucumber and yogurt salad (R$52) and the Tomato Bao with ossobuco, grilled sovereign cheese and watercress mayo (R$62).
As for the main courses, the Cavatelli with rib ragu roasted in black beer with zucchini puree (R$77), or the Crispy Pig with corn polenta, roasted mini vegetables and citrus gel (R$114)

Jacarandá Restaurant
Award-winning and charming, Jacarandá has South American cuisine, led by chef Rodrigo Aguiar, green areas and a bar which is open late into the night, always with good music.
As well as being peaceful, the environment is pet friendly and open every day. Its menu is divided into breakfast, executive, classics, snacks, salads and desserts.
The chef’s suggestions include the Terra e Mar, with nduja sausage rice (slightly spicy), finocchiona sausage, herbs, toasted onions, grilled squid with chimichurri and grilled mayonnaise (R$115). Or the Toasted Figs and Mascarpone, a recipe with mascarpone cream, toasted figs, solera wine syrup and fennel crunch with Sicilian (R$32).

Rendez-Vous
The café and bistro Rendez-Vous has been bringing the charm of Paris, the City of Light, to the streets of Pinheiros since 2016. This corner house has a French soul and excellent cuisine, led by chef Adriana Silvério, with exclusive options for the summer.
We suggest the Octopus Provençal with Black Rice (R$89), octopus tentacles cooked at a low temperature and then sautéed in a frying pan with olive oil and herbs, black rice and sautéed vegetables to accompany. Like the Citron Cake (R$28), orange with white icing.

Watanabe Restaurant
Watanabe was inspired by America’s most famous addresses and has been given authentic touches by chefs Denis Watanabe and Eduardo Takeshi, who have been investing in hot dishes to stand out.
With an extensive menu, fresh and of the highest quality, the house is able to cater for the most different tastes and events. Suggestions: Brussels sprouts (R$49), sautéed with ponzu sauce and finished with ikura; and Mochi Brownie (R$49), made with Belgian, chocolate flour, vanilla ice cream and finished with miso butter scotch.

Veridiana Pizzeria
Established 22 years ago, Veridiana innovated the pizzeria concept in São Paulo with its ambience and handmade pizzas. It opens on Mondays in its three houses in different areas of the city: Jardins, Higienópolis and Perdizes.
The house’s most requested flavors are Zucchine, with zucchini chips in olive oil, garlic and mint over fresh tomato sauce and ricotta cream (R$102 large, R$68 small). As well as the Pancetta Al Mascarpone, with homemade pancetta, mascarpone cream and pine nuts (R$116 large, R$74 small).

Imakay
A modern Japanese restaurant in São Paulo’s Itaim neighborhood, Imakay is one of the restaurants that opens on Mondays to cater to the public that can’t do without good food at the beginning of the week. Or for those who want to celebrate a special occasion without the hustle and bustle of the weekends.
The restaurant has a 15-course tasting menu, omakase served at the counter, an à la carte menu and drinks made by bartender Kevin Cavalcante.

Casa Bráz
The building where Bráz Trattoria operated for nine years, in Shopping Cidade Jardim, has been transformed into a center for creation and innovation, called Casa Bráz , which is why it has been included in the list of restaurants opening on Monday.
One of the house’s highlights is the chapter dedicated to the Mozzarella Bar, made in partnership with Búfala Almeida Prado (silver medalist at the World Cheese Awards 2022). The section lists variations of fresh cheeses (burrata, stracciatella, buffalo mozzarella and ricotta , for example), and side dishes such as vegetables and fruit, salumi and crudos, ideal for snacking on before dinner.

Piccini Cucina
The Italian restaurant run by restaurateur Samuel Rodrigues is one of the places where Mondays have gained more customers.
In addition to the beautiful and the complete wine cellar, there is a full menu of good Italian recipes. Among them are the GnocchiFritti di Manioca, made with the house manioc gnocchi, browned and stuffed with oxtail, finished with pecorino cheese (R$59) .
For main courses, there’sRavioli Di Mozzarella (R$75), stuffed with mo zzarella and pomodoro sauce, made for lovers of good cheese; or Tagliolini Al Mare, with prawns, squid, octopus and tomato sauce (R$147).

Ezè
With its cozy outdoor setting and plenty of natural light, Ezè is one of our favorites in the selection of restaurants that open on Mondays. After all, its French-inspired Mediterranean cuisine offers perfect options to enjoy during the summer.
There are two tartare options: the Boeuf Haché Tartare made with raw meat minced at the tip of the knife, cured egg yolk and a mix of tubers (R$68), and the Tartare de Thon with cubes of fresh tuna with Sicilian lemon zest, fleur de sel, homemade curd, tobiko roe and crispy mandioquinha (R$72).
For those who prefer a plant-based diet, a great choice is the Faux Raviolis a faux ravioli with beet pickles stuffed with vegan tapenade, chestnut pesto and finished with beet powder (R$48).

Onesttà
Onesttà ‘s goal is to offer traditional pizzas very well made and at a fair price.
Chef Fellipe Zanuto ‘s business has a menu that covers classic flavors such as Portuguese, chicken withcatupiry and escarole – this one with tomato sauce, escarole, aliche, mozzarella and onion (R$42 to R$75).

Cosí
Cosí restaurant, run by chef Renato Carioni, is a contemporary Italian establishment. Its flagship dish is the Cannelonni D’anatra, a dish that combines tradition and innovation.
The highlight of the house is the cannelloni stuffed with duck and paired with a sweet and sour beet sauce, following an old family recipe (come feceva la nonna).

Portuguese Ranch
Rancho Português is a charming and renowned restaurant, immersed in the atmosphere of Portuguese cuisine, where its customers enjoy an authentic gastronomic journey.
A highlight on the menu is the Sande de leitão, roast suckling pig with a special sauce (R$45). As well as the Bacalhau à Brás, shredded cod pulled in olive oil and onions, accompanied by straw potatoes, scrambled egg, parsley, olives and fried garlic (R$325). Both offer a real treat for the most demanding palates!
