With almost 9 million subscribers on YouTube, Podpah is one of the biggest podcasts in Brazil. And now, in addition to interviews, it is also venturing into the world of gastronomy. That’s because presenters Igor Cavalari (Igão) and Thiago Marques (Mitico), together with CEO Victor Assis, have just opened a burger restaurant: Rango Brabo Burger, in the West Zone of São Paulo.
The new place offers starters, burgers and desserts, with vegan and children’s options. See the menu below!
Rango Brabo Burger: Podpah’s burger restaurant opens in SP
Podpah’s burger restaurant is inspired by Rango Brabo, a podcast hosted by Diogo Defante.
On the menu, you’ll find starters ranging from the Franguinho Chave (R$16), breaded chicken baits with sauce, to a portion of potatoes with cheddar and bacon (R$21). Among the burgers, the smash options start at R$23, with 100g of meat.
For those who are hungrier, the classics start at 150g of meat and range from R$39 to R$49. The Diogo Delanche (R$39), for example, has a pepperoni burger on the house bun, with vinaigrette, cheese, crispy onion vinaigrette and mayonnaise. The Thaixtralando (R$39) has a beef burger with cheddar cream, caramelized onions and chopped bacon. But if you’re vegetarian, don’t worry: you can swap any animal protein for soy meat.
The menu offers juices, teas, soft drinks, Italian soda and even espresso coffee, as well as draft beer and beers for those who prefer something alcoholic.
Meanwhile, for dessert, one option is the house milkshake, in Nutella, cookies, strawberry, chocolate and even bacon flavors. That’s right! The Milkshakon (R$24) mixes caramel, whipped cream and crispy bacon pieces, making it the perfect option for meat lovers.
