This Sunday, the 6th, São Paulo voters went to the polls to decide who would be the new mayor of São Paulo. In the end, the result led to a run-off between current mayor Ricardo Nunes (MDB), who had 29.49% of the valid votes, and Guilherme Boulos (PSOL), with 29.06%.
As a result, voters will have to go to the polls again on the last Sunday of October, the 27th. Check out the public’s voting intentions below:

Before voters went to the polls, many research institutes already listed Boulos and Nunes as the favorites for the São Paulo mayoral race. Here are the predictions from the latest polls, all conducted on the eve of the first round, on May 5:

So far, the Superior Electoral Court has registered three polls to be carried out this week. They are Datafolha, Paraná Pesquisas and the São Paulo School of Sociology and Politics Foundation (FESPSP). Therefore, in the next few days, we will have new information on the voting intentions of the São Paulo electorate.
