On December 1st, the 16th edition of the Adote Um Gatinho Christmas Bazaar will take place. The charity event is also a celebration for lovers of the feline universe, as it brings products for cats and geckos, as well as news such as the launch of the NGO’s official store.
The event is promoted by Adote Um Gatinho, which has been rescuing cats and finding responsible homes for them for 21 years. Today, the São Paulo-based organization is considered the largest in the feline rescue and adoption sector in Brazil. To visit this bazaar is to help around 400 vulnerable animals who have been rescued by the project and are looking for a new home. So it’s well worth the trip!
What can you find at this Christmas Bazaar?
The event has a number of exhibitors from various sectors to make the day even more special. There, visitors will find exclusive products for pets, food options, decoration, fashion, accessories and much more. It’s the perfect opportunity to secure your pet’s Christmas present!
In addition, the “Sacolinha de Natal” charity campaign will be taking place, where those interested can contribute to supporting the cats until they find a home. The campaign will work as follows:
- Choose a kitten from the NGO’s wall at the event;
- Create a Christmas bag with items for pets or contribute the corresponding amount (between R$40 and R$70);

Opening the Christmas season, the 16th edition of the Christmas Bazaar takes place on December 1, between 10am and 6pm, at the Rebouças Convention Center, located at Avenida Rebouças – 600, Pinheiros. Admission is free, but if you’re going by car, there is a paid parking lot on site.
