Line 4-Yellow is voted the best subway line in São Paulo and sparks controversy on media

From time to time, we at São Paulo Secreto run polls to find out what our readers think about everyday life in our capital. Recently, we set out to find out: which is São Paulo’s best subway line, in your opinion?

The winner was Line 4-Yellow, which received no less than 47.36% of the votes. Well ahead of the runner-up, who received almost 30% fewer votes! Check out the full ranking:

   2. Line 2-Green: 19,55%
   3. Line 5-Lilac: 15,04%
   4. Line 1-Blue: 11,78%
   5. Line 3-Red: 6,27%

Despite the large number of votes, the victory of Line 4-Yellow generated controversy for some, who used the comments to show their indignation. The wagons are too cramped? Line Green is better? We know that riding the subway in a metropolis like São Paulo is an experience in itself, so all opinions count!
