In August, the capital of São Paulo will host the fifth edition of Bean to Bar Brasil Chocolate Week, a super-event focused on the universe of one of the country’s most beloved sweets. After all, we are among the biggest consumers of chocolate in the world! So nothing could be fairer than celebrating, right?
The festival offers a complete experience for those who want to learn more about cocoa , understand the concept of artisanal bean-to-bar chocolate and, of course, indulge in high-quality products. A true paradise for chocoholics!

What to expect at Bean to Bar Brasil Chocolate Week?
The event has a special program, including many free activities. Among the stars on the agenda: the ‘Sensory Journey from Cocoa Bean to Chocolate Bar’, a training course for chocolatiers, with tickets starting at R$500. In addition, there will be a pairing of chocolates with wines and cachaças, signed by sommelière Mirian Rocha, with tickets starting at R$230.
And it doesn’t end there! The festival is also hosting the second edition of the Brazil Chocolate Award from Cocoa to Bar, which recognizes the best professionals and brands working with the artisanal bean-to-bar process.

Bean to Bar Brasil Chocolate Week takes place on August 16 and 17, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., at Unibes Cultural, located at Rua Oscar Freire, 2500 – Sumaré, opposite the Sumaré station on Metro Line 2-Green.
There, you’ll find the country’s main chocolate producers and brands, as well as coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants that work with cocoa. The event’s agenda also includes tastings, courses, panels and much more!
