If you’re part of the movement or if you’re one of those who prefer to stay sober, we’d like to introduce you to Bankiro: São Paulo’s first alcohol-free drinks store.
The place is an initiative of Kiro Bebidas, a brand that has been selling “sober drinks” for over eight years. Housed in a former newsagent’s, the store brings together various brands of zero-alcohol drinks for adults, and is the first establishment in São Paulo to focus entirely on this concept.

Bankiro: discover São Paulo’s first zero-alcohol store
You may be wondering: if there are already coffee shops and snack bars with non-alcoholic drinks, what’s the difference with Bankiro? Although many establishments offer non-alcoholic coffees, juices and soft drinks, the store’s proposal goes further: to serve elaborate and tasty drinks, like those found in bars and cocktail bars. Only zero alcohol!
The aim, therefore, is to offer creative options for those who want to cut down on alcohol, but don’t want to stick to water, juices or soft drinks. For example , non-alcoholic beers, healthy energy drinks, natural soft drinks and kombuchas.

How to find out?
Founded in 2018, Kiro Bebidas offers several options of switchel, a Caribbean drink made with water, vinegar and ginger that recently arrived in Brazil. From apple and pepper to cupuaçu and cumaru, the flavors exalt Brazilian ingredients in a sober, delicious and healthy way.
Its first store, Bankiro, is in Pinheiros (Rua Cônego Eugênio Leite, 825). The official opening will be on February 1st from 12 noon, so make a note in your diary to come and see it!
