On November 7, the GRAACC Hospital is hosting a free festival in celebration of its 35th anniversary. A leading institution in the treatment of childhood and adolescent cancer, GRAACC will fill Parque do Povo with plenty of music and fun activities for families! Why not take this opportunity to enjoy a weekend outdoors with the kids?
GRAACC 35th Anniversary Festival: Musical performances and workshops for the whole family!
The musical lineup for this free festival in São Paulo begins with POIN—Pequena Orquestra Interativa (11 a.m.), featuring Balkan rhythms, followed by Duo Alma (12:30 p.m.), with arrangements inspired by film and pop culture. Shortly after, Cavalo e Panda (1:30 p.m.) blend instrumental music and humor. The festival closes with the duo Palavra Cantada (3:00 p.m.), celebrating 30 years of their career with children’s classics.
Between shows, kids can enjoy workshops, drawing tents, face painting, and scavenger hunts. The park’s snack bars are open as usual, but you’re also welcome to bring your own snacks and have a family picnic on the lawn.
The GRAACC 35th Anniversary Festival features restrooms, diaper-changing stations, drinking fountains, first-aid volunteers, security guards, and a medical station. To ensure accessibility, the venue provides a Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) interpreter, reserved seating areas, and support facilities for people with limited mobility. The event is open to all ages.
