A medida vale para alunos da educação infantil até o ensino médio; saiba como será essa volta.
O Governador João Doria autorizou nesta quinta, dia 17, a retomada das aulas em todas as fases do Plano São Paulo. Também foram regulamentas as regras para que a volta aconteça. A vale para escolas públicas (estaduais e municipais) e privadas. No ano que vem, as aulas nas escolas estaduais terão início no dia 1º de fevereiro.
Com a autorização do Governo, as aulas presenciais poderão ser retomadas em todo o estado mesmo que a região esteja na Fase 1 – Vermelha do Plano São Paulo. A mudança, no entanto, não vale para o Ensino Superior. Neste caso, as aulas só voltarão quando a região estiver na Fase 3 – Amarela do Plano São Paulo.
Como vai funcionar
Se uma área estiver nas fases vermelha ou laranja do Plano São Paulo, as escolas da educação básica, que atendem alunos da educação infantil até o ensino médio, poderão receber diariamente até 35% dos alunos matriculados. Na fase amarela, elas ficam autorizadas a atender até 70% dos estudantes; e na fase verde, até 100%. Os protocolos sanitários devem ser cumpridos em todas as fases.
Já as instituições de ensino superior poderão funcionar na fase amarela com até 35% das matrículas, e na fase verde, com até 70%. Nas etapas vermelha e laranja, elas não estão autorizadas a funcionar. Cursos superiores específicos da área médica têm o retorno presencial autorizado em todas as fases do Plano.
Antes, o retorno presencial das aulas só ocorreria quando as regiões do estado estivessem a partir da Fase 3 – Amarela do Plano São Paulo. Mesmo assim, essa volta teria que ser feita de forma gradual. Os protocolos previam, por exemplo, que as escolas poderiam receber apenas 35% dos alunos em atividades presenciais, e mantendo distanciamento mínimo de 1,5 m.
