Imagine só, pegar uma praia aqui mesmo na capital? Parece impossível, mas pode ser que, no futuro, se torne realidade. Isso porque, nesta semana, divulgou-se o projeto de construção de uma “orla” no Parque Villa-Lobos, que traria os ares litorâneos para o cenário paulistano.
A previsão é que o espaço ofereça aulas gratuitas de beach tennis e outros esportes, assim como área kids, espaço gourmet e até um beach club exclusivo. Confira tudo o que sabemos sobre o projeto a seguir!
Parque Villa-Lobos pode receber “orla” em 2025
A proposta é do Orla Brasil, que encabeça outros projetos do tipo em Salvador, Recife em Balneário Camboriu. No entanto, como a capital paulista não tem mar, a proposta é criar um espaço onde “a areia é a protagonista”, com deques e calçadão.
O projeto propõe espaço gourmet com restaurantes e áreas para convivência. Além disso, haveria espaços para a prática de esportes, com aulas gratuitas de 12 modalidades diferentes. Dentre elas, beach tennis, dança, vôlei, yoga, lutas e mais.
Fontes de água estarão presentes para refrescar e incrementar a sensação de praia. Já à noite, a proposta é que a orla do Parque Villa-Lobos receba happy hours e shows.
Beach club exclusivo para sócios
Caso a orla do Parque Villa-Lobos saia do papel, cerca de 75% do espaço estará disponível ao público geral. Os outros 25% serão reservados para um beach club de uso exclusivo para sócios.
Além de três quadras do esporte, a previsão é que o espaço exclusivo receba atividades de lazer, restaurante, mezanino e rooftop.
