Video games have marked the lives of many generations and their timelessness is proven when we see that five decades have passed and the technology is still present in the lives of young people. So, to celebrate the history of consoles, Shopping Parque da Cidade is promoting the Videogame Museum.
In this unusual museum, you’ll find various items and attractions that mark gaming culture. So, if you’re passionate about the gaming universe, you can’t miss out on this historical and interactive experience.

This installation takes place between October 5th and 20th and will be located on the 1st floor of Shopping Parque da Cidade, at Avenida Das Nações Unidas, 14401 – Chácara Santo Antônio.
It’s an exclusive opportunity to learn more about the history of games and test your skills with different types of games. So be sure to visit the Videogame Museum and, of course, play a lot!
What can you find at the Videogame Museum?
With more than 450 consoles from various generations on display, this museum even features the Magnavox Odyssey from 1972, the world’s first video game console. But if you’re interested in more modern models, you’ll find them too. It’s a real trip back in time!
In addition to the consoles, many interactive activities will take place there, from Monday to Friday, from 1pm to 8pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 2pm to 8pm. During the exhibition period, all Just Dance participants will be analyzed and the 10 best will be invited to a tournament on October 19.
