The 18th Spring of Museums, promoted by the Brazilian Institute of Museums (Ibram), runs until next Sunday, the 29th. With the theme ‘Museums, accessibility and inclusion‘, this year’s event proposes a reflection on how museums can become more accessible and inclusive for all audiences.
In all, 930 institutions across Brazil are taking part with exhibitions, talks, guided tours and workshops. In the city of São Paulo, 125 are taking part, including popular venues such as the Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), Pinacoteca, Caixa Cultural and many others. The full program is available here.
