From September 19 to 24, São Paulo will host the biggest nautical event in Latin America. We’re talking about the São Paulo Boat Show, which will bring more than 120 brands and 150 boats to the São Paulo Expo. It’s the perfect opportunity for sailors (and the curious) to see technological and innovative boats, from luxury yachts to “car boats”, houseboats and floating bicycles.
In addition to the sale of boats, the event will also feature leisure attractions, sports and games. Tickets start at R$50 (half-price) and are available on the official website.
São Paulo Boat Show will even have a “car” that drives on water
The world of vehicles is always full of novelties, and boats are no different. From the 12th, the 27th edition of the São Paulo Boat Show brings the latest in the world of boats, allowing the public to immerse themselves in this “sailor” lifestyle.
The big news is certainly the “boat car”. This is SEACAR’s Maestry model, a futuristic boat that imitates a luxury car, capable of reaching up to 100 km/h. As well as the sensation of “driving on water”, the boat has the option of satellite internet, a hi-tech sound system and a removable roof. After all, better than a “car boat”, only a car boat in a convertible model.

In addition to the watercraft, the São Paulo Boat Show will feature other hundreds of innovative models, from brands such as Sea-Doo, Yamaha, Ventura and other big names in the sector.
Among the boats will be high-speed boats that reach up to 120km/h, surfboards that “fly” over the waves, jet-skis, dinghies and floating boats of the most varied styles.
