This week, the company AirHelp, which provides legal services for air passengers, released its annual ranking of the best airports. Among the 239 evaluated, São Paulo airports – Guarulhos and Congonhas – are among the first 60 positions. Find out all about it below!
São Paulo Airports are among the best in the world, but below other Brazilian airports
To arrive at its results, AirHelp uses three variables. First of all, the punctuality of the airport. Next was the quality of the staff, services and cleanliness of the site, measured by surveys of passengers from 64 countries around the world.
Finally, the quality of the stores and restaurants available also comes from passenger surveys. The average of all the scores generates the airport’s final score, the maximum of which is 10 points.
Congonhas airport is 57th in the ranking, with a score of 7.89. Guarulhos comes in just below in 59th place, with 7.88 points.
